On March 13, 2020, the Securities Exchange Commission (“SEC”) issued an order (Release No. IA-5463; Release No. IA-5469) allowing Investment Advisors to extend the deadline for annual ADV filings and deliveries by 45 days due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please be advised that Reynders, McVeigh Capital Management, LLC is relying on this Order’s 45-day filing and delivery extension for its annual Form ADV. As such, the delivery of our updated Form ADV will be delayed to our clients.
