Mike DiCicco
Director of Operations

Mike joined Reynders, McVeigh in 2020 and currently leads the Operations department. In this role, Mike is focused on finding the best available systems to enhance the Firm's operating platform. His aim is to balance cutting-edge technology and automation with a great team of people to design an efficient operating model that is geared towards supporting the many needs of our clients and employees.

Before joining Reynders, McVeigh, Mike held roles at Wellington Management and Man Group in an array of back and middle office functions. He has more than 15 years of experience in creating and implementing technology-forward processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Mike graduated from UMass Lowell with a BS in management information systems. Outside of the office, Mike enjoys exercising, outdoor activities and spending time with his kids.
