Mike DiCicco
Director of Operations

Mike joined Reynders, McVeigh in 2020 and currently leads our operations department. In this role, Mike is focused on finding the best available systems to enhance the firms operating platform. His aim is to balance cutting edge technology and automation with a great team of people to design an operating model with data integrity that is geared towards supporting the many needs of our clients and employees. Mike also enjoys managing the operations team and playing the role of mentor for some of the firms younger employees.

Before joining Reynders, McVeigh, Mike held roles at Wellington Management and Man Group in an array of back and middle office functions. He has more than 13 years of experience in creating and implementing technology-forward processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Mike graduated from UMass Lowell with a BS in management information systems. Outside of the office, Mike spends most of his energy trying to keep up with his three young children.
