Carrie A. Endries, Ph.D.
Partner, Director of Wealth Management and Impact

Carrie is a trusted partner to individuals, families, and foundations, including serving in the role of Trustee to uphold fiduciary standards. She leads a team of advisors and directs the firm’s private impact investment work. An Investment Committee member since joining Reynders, McVeigh in 2014, she brings more than 25 years of experience as a researcher, teacher, and investment professional to the firm’s sustainable investing efforts.

She serves as the firm’s Secretary and leads the Wealth Management Task Force. She also serves on the HR & Compensation as well as Marketing & New Business committees.

Deeply connected to the nonprofit and impact communities, Carrie is past board chair and current Treasurer at Camp Starfish; she is a former Board Member of the Jewish Studio Project; has mentored nonprofits through the Social Innovation Forum, serves as a professional advisor to the Cambridge Community Foundation, and is a member of the Boston Economic Club. She’s passionate about strong “community fabrics”—supporting schools, local businesses, nonprofits, and especially local food systems. You’ll often find her out with her family on bikes; her husband founded Family Bike Ride to organize family cycling events around greater Somerville, and she also volunteers with Somerville schools.

Carrie graduated from Bowdoin College and earned a Ph.D. in history from Harvard University. She and her family live in Somerville, staying active in her vibrant local community.
