Audra Gardner
Deputy Chief Compliance Officer

Audra serves as the deputy chief compliance officer and information security manager for Reynders, McVeigh. Her responsibilities include managing the Firm’s cybersecurity and vendor due diligence programs, along with ownership of the Compliance department’s ongoing monitoring activities. She has been with the Firm since 2018.

Prior to joining Reynders, McVeigh, Audra served as senior operations and compliance analyst for Covalent Partners, LLC. At Covalent, Audra was responsible for implementing and maintaining all aspects of their compliance program, along with serving as the main investor relations contact. Audra received her BS in business management from Babson College and has passed the Investment Advisor Certified Compliance Professional® examination. Outside of the office, she enjoys running and spending time with her family.
