Ashley Lyons
Senior Operations Manager

Ashley is the Senior Operations Manager at Reynders, McVeigh, where she leads the Firm's day-to-day operations and partners closely with Portfolio Managers and Client Service to support a consistent high-quality experience. She works across all departments to design, implement, and continually refine the operational infrastructure that supports the Firm's work. Her focus is on building clear scalable processes that enable teams to operate efficiently while delivering highly personalized service to clients.

Ashley has been with Reynders, McVeigh since 2007 and brings deep institutional knowledge and a strategic solutions-oriented perspective to her role. She focuses on strengthening internal systems and ensuring teams have the structure and support needed to do their best work.  She also oversees the Firm’s marketing and communications functions, working closely with the team to ensure consistency and alignment with the Firm’s values and client experience.

Ashley earned a BA in Education and Business from Salem State University and holds a certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University. She lives north of the city with her husband, four children, and their Golden Retriever. Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and traveling, particularly to the beach and the mountains.
