Eric Shrayer, MBA, CFA, CFP®
Partner, Director of Research

As Research Director, Eric leads fundamental equity research, drawing on SEC filings, earnings calls, and direct conversations with company management to produce clear, transparent equity commentary for clients. He has been with Reynders, McVeigh since its earliest days in 2006.

Eric also serves as Assistant Secretary and on the Finance, Operations & Technology, and Risk Management & Oversight committees. He is committed to sustainable investing as an intergenerational responsibility, building portfolios that support a livable planet for future generations.

Before his time at Reynders, McVeigh, Eric was a branch manager with Park Avenue Securities (Guardian Life). He earned a BS from Tufts University, an MBA (magna cum laude) from Babson’s Olin School, is a CFA® Charterholder, and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.

In his community, Eric coaches youth mite hockey and is an avid runner and swimmer. He led the effort to ban carcinogenic coal‑tar driveway sealants in his hometown of Grafton and is working with the Massachusetts Legislature to advance a statewide ban.
