Introducing our inaugural Impact Report!
We at Reynders, McVeigh Capital Management are excited to bring our collective efforts into focus in our first Impact Report. After nearly 20 years of pioneering our own approach to sustainable investing, we’ve accumulated a track record of excellence, growth, and industry leadership. We manage $3.6 billion that is responsibly invested in public markets and over $100 million in private impact investing.
This is where our passions intersect with the work we do every day. It shows up in our in-house research, our networks in Boston and beyond, and our diligent efforts to engage with companies on how they can be more aligned with our shared vision of the future.
Our Impact Report helps tells the story of how the different aspects of our firm create positive change. You’ll see us active in:
Private impact investing: We not only invest directly in private impact vehicles that we believe in, we also help design the underlying financial models in ways that can be more successful. This sets the stage for success for both the organizations and our clients.
Public markets: We believe in seeking opportunities away from the herd and with a focus on the future – and that means factoring sustainability and human-centric issues into our decision making. We invest in themes that are experiencing exciting disruption, like the energy transition, water, healthcare, and manufacturing automation.
Investing in individual companies also provides opportunities to engage directly with management teams and lead or participate in shareholder engagement campaigns. As proactive investors, we are proud to have supported endeavors such as the limiting of corporate lobbying and political spending, the advancement of diversity, equity and inclusion in companies, and ethical CEO compensation plans.
Community involvement: As a firm and as individual team members, we have a commitment to the communities in which we live and work. We’re proud to support organizations through hands-on activities, charitable contributions, and Board service.

Certain impact investments are private, non-public offerings that are only available to accredited investors (individuals or business entities that are allowed to trade securities that may not be registered with financial authorities due to their income, net worth, asset size, governance status, or professional experience). These private, non-public offerings may experience greater volatility than traditional investments in publicly traded securities. Advisory clients should carefully review the pertinent documents for each impact investment for a more detailed discussion of the associated risks. Given the high-risk nature of impact investments, advisory clients should contact their portfolio manager to discuss risks and suitability prior to investing.
